house framed

I'm joining Susan at Between Naps on the Porch

for her Deck the Halls party!

I'm also joining Kim at Savvy Southern Style

for her "Boring to Better" party for the first time!

She said we didn't need before pictures...yea!!

(I always forget to take them)

After all this decorating, I'm too tired to type...just enjoy!

I think I'll have to call The Great Dane and let him know that we'll need a tree for the Gazebo at Pondside!

  16. Wow! I just love your white tree and the tree in the gazebo! Your home is beautifully decorated. Your village is so cute too with the stream. I am so happy to hear about the plates. Congrats! I got mine almost 7 years after moving to this house. I've only been to a HI party once many years prior to that but had the catalogs and kept them forever. Then one day I went online and ordered these. I think they had just retired them too. The order went to a local rep who delivered them to me from all the way across town. I just love them too, I am sure you will be happy with them and cannot wait to see them displayed in your home. Merry Christmas!

  17. Ooops! I meant to say I got them 7 years "ago" after moving into this house, hence they are that old. :))

  35. Hello Rett~Now could you please come to my house and work your decorating magic with my home.
I love how everything flows together beautifully. Ooooh how I long for a mantel redo. It's on my wish list to Santa.

I'm finally getting around to decking the halls of my home.
we'll be cutting our Christmas tree from the backyard this weekend when my college boy is home. That's sure way to get us in a festive mood.
Do you like playing Christmas music while decorating? For me the music welcomes a wonderful sentiment of the season to the air, as does the aromas of baking.

It's good to be back, I hope you get a chance to stop by for a visit.

    Sweet wishes,
    Sara
