Love the doll clothes Rett! One of my favorite memories is Ma making me PJ's then making my Barbie matching ones from the scraps. Glad you're feeling better! Happy New Year, wishing you all the best in 2012:@)
ReplyDeleteRett,
ReplyDeleteYou are amazing. I think if you lived closer I would get more done just to have show and tell.
Glad you are feeling better and healing. Wishing you the best for 2012.
Carol
So glad you're feeling better! Happy New Year...
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you and Ern, Rett! It will be a wonderful one, won't it?
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see all your projects and hear all the details. I've decided dolly sewing is the crack of the sewing universe, just can't stop and can't get enough.
I am so glad to hear your bones are all doing great now and you are ready to go. Alleluia!
Wow, you have been busy. Wishing you a joyous, safe and healthy New Year. Take care, hugs Jen.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see more!! I too just love the doll clothes!! My girls each have an American Girl doll, and I would love to make some clothes for them, but have not even tried yet. Happy New Year to you too!! You are always so sweet to drop by and leave the nicest comments:-) Glad you are all better and starting off with a bang!!!
ReplyDeleteI can't sew but my mother surely could. These remind me of when she made so many cute clothes for my girl and her dolls. :)
ReplyDeleteGlad your hand is better.
Happy New Year to you too Rett. I can't wait to see the posts on all of those projects. Love the towels, and the period dresses are just beautiful! Caroline is a lucky girl!!

I always love to see your amazing sewing projects, Rett. You really have the gift. You ispire me to finish some of the projects I've started the last several years. I know I would be very happy with myself and then I could start new ones! I'm so happy that you are feeling better.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your posts and can't wait to see more of these projects! Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, Rett! Looks like some beautiful projects!
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful projects! You've been busy. Glad your hand is healing.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Rett to you and your family. I love seeing all of the things that you make. I am so glad you are feeling better. I know that 2012 will be a great year from looking at your pictures. I just wish I had a little girl. I can remember my mom sewing the doll clothes or making crochet dresses for my daughter when she was small. Have a wonderful week. Your Missouri Friend.
ReplyDeleteI know that you are going to be so glad to get back to all of your wonderful projects.! Glad that you're doing better. Happy New Year! Cherry Kay
ReplyDeleteJust peeking back into Blog Land after a long break due to unexpected events. It's nice to catch up.
ReplyDeleteI see that you had an unexpected "adventure" right before Christmas too. OUCH and oh dear... I'm glad you are healing.
I loved the winter pictures in the post below and (as always when I come here) am in awe of the things that you can sew. Those pinstriped dresses with the hats are my favorite.
I'll be waiting for the details of how you made it all.
Happy New Year!
So glad you are healing & feeling better. I loved seeing your sewing projects!! I'm sure I'll be making American Girl doll clothes before too long. The 4-year-olds aren't "into" them yet.
ReplyDeleteNew Year's blessing sent your way.
Seeing all those doll clothes makes me wonder if perhaps I shouldn't start now. My DGD is only 2 1/2 but before you know it, she will want AD clothes too, I suppose, and by then I might be too feeble to make them. LOL
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you too! I am once again in awe of the fabulous things you have created. The polka dots...towels? stockings?
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you are feeling better and healing quickly!
You are one busy bee, Rett! Can't wait to hear the details! I hope that your 2012 is off to a great start! Happy Saturday!...hugs...Debbie
ReplyDeleteHey Rett! Thank you so much for your sweet comments. I certainly will give you a shout out when I see something you may wnat to see too. I really do appreciate that kind of support and friends who understand. I have a few others who do the same and am glad to know you are one also. I enjoy following you on Pinterest too and seeing all those pinned pretties. I love this quilted makeup bag! You are so talented! I cannot wait to see more from you this year as well. Hugs to you!
ReplyDeleteI just love your beautiful picture! All of your projects are so gorgeous! The makeup bag is so pretty. So are the dresses! Looking forward to another year of your dear friendship too!
