Prayers for OK Tornado Victims

 

We call on Him in this moment of need as we pray for the thousands of people
 whose lives have been permanently altered by the devastation 
caused by storms across Oklahoma yesterday & again today.

It is through Your work, Lord, that brothers and sisters will come to their aide, 
bringing help, healing and hope. 

Father, hear our prayers for the injured & traumatized.
Grant that they may find your Peace & comfort.
 We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ.
AMEN 

p.s.  An extra special request that you watch over
my dear blogging friend, Cherry Kay at
Entertaining Women, since she lives in OK.

    Rett, I have been praying for only the last 10 minutes, which is how long I have known about this terrible thing. I am especially thinking of Cherry Kay and her family and their safety.

    I think most of my blogging friends are safe, but I can't help but cry for the people whose children were lost. Heard this as I was coming home and put the pedal to the metal to check on some folks. My prayers are added to yours, Sweet Rett.

    Yes, lots of prayers needed. I checked in on Cherry Kay too and she emailed me back. Was so happy to hear she and her family are OK. I checked in on several other blogging buddies too. xo
