Vinegar Glossed Chicken ♫♫

DSC_0097

Scrumptious & Truly "Company Worthy"!!

I got the recipe from Cathy at

Wives With Knives

& she found it at Linda's blog

How to Cook A Wolf

Then Mari at

Once Upon A Plate

agreed with Linda’s opinion that the sauce on the chicken is

" so good it should be illegal".

With all those great cooks raving about it,

I just HAD to try it & now

I can't wait to make it again!

The sauce has a nice vinegar tang but is not too *bitey*

and the chicken comes out moist & tender.

The other gals served it with polenta but we're not big fans of that

& hubby watches his carb intake

so I skipped it & we just had a BIG GREEN salad & crusty bread.

You need something to grab onto every ounce of the delicious sauce.

(He frowns when I try to lick the plate.) LOL

Printable Recipe HERE.

Thanks for stopping by The Gazebo House!

We've enjoyed our grandchildren sleep-overs all week &

I'm just now coming up for air!

  3. Oh, I should have not come here before lunch because your mouthwatering chicken made me hungry! I love polenta, so I'd like it that way. Maybe it's a man thing not to like it because both my dad and brother don't care for it either.

  4. This looks very good and I am always looking for different ways to prepare chicken. I posted a chicken dish on my blog for Foodie Friday with an Orange Sauce and herbs. It is delicious.

  11. Rett,
This sounds wonderful. I shall try it next week. We are not polenta fans either. I like the green salad or maybe some fresh corn. Yum!

  15. This looks delicious, but I'm still drooling over that mile high coconut pie below. You are as talented in the kitchen as with the sewing machine. ;-)
